Return and refund policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 90 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 90 days from the date on which you received the goods or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal , you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can let us know your decision by email to info@kidsdrive.net or under Customer Service/Contact .

The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when ordering. There will be no fees for the refund.

Return conditions:

Please ensure that the goods have the following characteristics in order to be eligible for return:

  • The item was purchased within the last 90 days;
  • The goods are in the original packaging.
  • The goods are unused and without damage (except for damage that was reported to us in a timely manner.

Return of goods is excluded in the following cases:

  • For delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications;
  • For delivery of goods that are not suitable for return, such as perishable goods or goods whose expiry date has passed;
  • In the case of delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • In the case of delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns of goods that do not meet the return conditions listed above or for which return is excluded.

Return of goods:

In case of return of goods, you will bear the costs of return. Please send the goods to the following address:

We accept no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. We will send you a postal service to use for the return shipment that offers insurance for the value of the goods and provides proof of postage. No refund can be made without actual receipt of the goods or proof of postage

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the item. The gift voucher will be sent to you as soon as the returned product is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
